Super mutants are pretty tough by human standards, but I'd definitely give the edge to a krogan in terms of resilience on account of their redundant organs and potential bloodrage. After all, if you're going to be lazy and make wild assertions like that without quantification and citations, then why should I bother? I am not even going to get into the unfounded assertion of a krogan tackling a super mutant, nor the even more unquantified one of a super mutant being hardier than a krogan, let alone entertain the silly claim of a super mutant surviving better on Tuchanka. Yes, the krogan fight these things on foot as a rite of passage.
